WRONG, MISSING OR DAMAGED:
All wrong, missing or damaged item(s) in a shipment must be reported to Coffeemagic.net within 24 hours of delivery by email.
If incorrect item(s) is received, do not open the package. If received opened, do not use. Any attempt to use the item will be deemed to be acceptance of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute and the difference in price will be charged to the appropiate account and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
CANCELLATIONS:
Coffeemagic.net must be notified of any cancellation to an order by email, please include your name, invoice number and any other comments.
If cancellation notice is received by coffeemagic.net and the order is already shipped the buyer is liable for the initial shipping charges as stated on the invoice and the return shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from the account before any refund is issued.
